Lamb Caserolle
Mary had a little lamb…and it was delicious. It’s hard to beat lamb, it’s also hard to find Cheap Meals that are lamb centric, as it can be a bit expensive. Lamb chops (neck or shoulder) are the way to go, cheap and flavoursome. We hope you enjoy our Cheap Recipe for Lamb.
(serves 4)It’s offensive how easy this one is; 1lb (500g) of Lamb Shoulder Chops 4 cups of mixed vegetables 14oz c(400ml) an of Cream of Mushroom Soup
Preheat oven to 300F -Cut the lamb into their serving size portions if they’re not already. Put in oven proof dish with vegetables. Cover in Cream of Mushroom soup and garnish with Salth and Pepper.
Bake for 45 minutes – remove lid – bake for a further 15 or unil cooked.
Serve on a bed of Mash Potato
