Chorizzo Penne Recipe

This one sits in the middle for cost and ease. It still happily fits into the Cheap Meals family and it’s well worth trying out if you like Italian food.
(serves 4)1lb Penne, cooked 8oz (220g) chorizo sausage 1 small red onion, finally chopped 24oz (700ml) bottle of your favourite marinara sauce 8oz (220g) mozarella
Preheat oven to 390F. Cook onion and chorizzo together in lightly oiled pan until golden – stir in sauce. Pour into oven proof dish and stir in penne. Scatter with mozarella, torn into pieces
Bake for 10-15 minutes
