Chicken and Rice Caserolle Recipe

(serves 4) 4 chicken breasts 1 cup uncooked rice 1 cup of frozen peas 1 pkt French Onion Soup 15oz (440g) Cream Celery SoupPreheat oven to 320F (160C). Cover base of caserolle dish with rice and place chicken on top when done. Mix pkt French onion soup with 3 cups water and celery soup. Pour over chicken and bake, uncovered for 2 hours.
